Zachari Xavier Everett Hawkins, entered this world on November 17, 2001, in Elizabeth City, NC to loving parents, Zack Hawkins and JoVan Everett. He was raised in Durham, NC and educated in Durham Public Schools. He departed this life on June 6, 2022.
Zachari transitioned from this earthly world to reunite with his paternal grandmother, Marian E. Hawkins Green.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, JoVan Everett; father and bonus mom, Zack and Tracey Hawkins; brothers, Isiah Betts, James Preston Hawkins and Adam Hawkins all of Durham, NC; aunts and uncles, Chandra Hawkins of Charlotte, NC, Joey Everett of Mebane, NC, Jamal Everett of Kernersville, NC, Joseph Arnold of Plymouth, NC, Malcolm (Danielle) of Haymarket, VA, Terrence Tyson (Abet) of Jacksonville, FL, Brandi Forde Davis (Jeff) of Greenville, NC and Trevor “Boom” Forde of New York, NY; maternal grandmother, Evangeline Small of Durham, NC, maternal grandfather, Joseph Everett (Rosa) of Plymouth, NC; paternal grandfather, Trevor Forde of New York, NY; and a host of cousins and friends.
A Celebration of Life will take place at 12 p.m. on Saturday, June 11 at Orange Grove Missionary Baptist, 505 East End Avenue, Durham, NC 27703. The viewing will precede the celebration at 11 a.m.
