Obituary for Way D'Angelo Holloway
Way D’Angelo Holloway, 37, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, September 10, 2020. Way was born on July 16, 1983 in Durham, NC to the late D’Michael D’Angelo Way Clayton and Veronica Renee Holloway.
Way was educated in Durham County Public Schools and received his G.E.D. from Durham Tech. Way worked the majority of his life, starting from a very early age he collected cans, raked yards, and ran errands for the elderly.
As an adult, he took to cooking while working in restaurants. He turned this passion into a career and was certified in culinary arts. He was also certified in construction. Way was a laid back, cool, and a funny person who did nothing more than work and take care of his family.
Beside his parents, he was pre-deceased by a brother D’Michael Clayton. Way leaves to cherish his memories: one sister, Yolanda Holloway; three brothers, DeCarlos and Dale Holloway, and Starr Clayton, all of Durham, NC; Five daughters Kiara Morton, Jazzynae Holloway, Chelsey Weaver, Alijah Holloway, and Alani Holloway and a son, DeAngelius Allen, all of Durham, NC; two special nephews, two special nieces; special friend Ashleigh Alston of Durham, NC; and a host of loving family and friends.
