Sylvia Jean Holeman Robinson was born May 7, 1959 to her late mother Willie Mae Holeman and surviving father John D. Holeman. She gained her heavenly wings on November 22, 2018 at Adams Farm Rehabilitation Center in Jamestown NC.
Sylvia attended Durham Public Schools. She was a stay at home mom that was loved by many. Sylvia loved to tell jokes and dance.
She was proceeded in death by her husband, Charles Robinson; daughter, Charlene Minor; son, Derick Minor; brother, John Holeman; grandparents, Ethel & Willie White, Annie and Willie Holeman.
Sylvia leaves to cherish her loving memory one son, Monyai Holeman (Erika) of McLeansville NC; two daughters, Demetris Holeman of High Poin,t NC, Lanetta Minor of Angier, NC; four sisters, Gracie Markham of Durham, NC, Mary Springs (Anthony) of Durham, NC, Gwen Holeman of Durham, NC, Shelia Minor of Durham, NC; one brother, Robert Holeman of Durham, NC. Sylvia has 22 grandchildren, great grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
