Mr. James E. (Stone) Waller was born in Durham, NC to Joseph and Rosa Lee Waller who preceded him in death.
He worked for many years at Burlington Mills until their closure. He retired from Davey Tree Co. an affiliate of Duke Energy.
He departed this life on January 18, 2021 at Duke Reginal Hospital after a long illness.
He was preceded in death by four brother, and Two Sisters.
He leaves to cherish his memories his devoted wife Norma S. Waller of the home. One loving son, Courtney Oliver of Durham NC; three stepchildren, Lakeisha Richardson of Elm City NC, Tomiko Richardson (Teresa) of Clayton NC, Edward Simmons (Dahlia), Baytown TX; one brother, Roosevelt Waller of Roxboro NC; three sisters, Jeantte Waller, Edna Mac Lipcomb, Patricia Steele all of Durham NC; seven step grandchildren; four step great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
