She resided in Ellenwood, Georgia for over thirty-five years and later moving back to North Carolina in 2017 after the passing of her husband. Hazel is a graduate of Hillside High School. Walker, Jr. (Diane) of Columbia, Georgia, Brother, Samuel Jones of Durham, North Carolina, two grandchildren, and other loving relatives and friends.
