Eloise graduated from Person High School in 1972. After graduation, she worked at Pioneer Plant II in Burlington, NC as a magazine filler and a head leaser. After working there approximately 2 years, Eloise decided to continue her education at Piedmont Technical Institute where she obtained her Associate’s Degree in Executive Secretarial Technology in August 1976.

Upon obtaining her degree, she found employment at the Employment Security Commission of Durham, NC, where she worked for 30+ years.

It was at her job where she met the love of her life, Arthur Everette, whom she called “Snookie Boo”. Together, they had 4 sons; Anthony, Arthur, Derek, and Jonathan.

Eloise Everette caring, sweet spirt touched everyone she encountered. She spent most of her time with family and friends, often visiting her mother (who is 99 years old) every Thursday just to spend the day with her.
