Eloise Outlaw Everette was born May 19, 1954 in Roxboro, NC as the seventh child of William Edgar Outlaw (deceased) and August Winstead Outlaw. She departed this life on Monday, September 7, 2020 at Duke Medical Center.

Eloise graduated from Person High School in 1972. After graduation, she worked at Pioneer Plant II in Burlington, NC as a magazine filler and a head leaser. After working there approximately 2 years, Eloise decided to continue her education at Piedmont Technical Institute where she obtained her Associate’s Degree in Executive Secretarial Technology in August 1976.

Upon obtaining her degree, she found employment at the Employment Security Commission of Durham, NC, where she worked for 30+ years.

It was at her job where she met the love of her life, Arthur Everette, whom she called “Snookie Boo”. Together, they had 4 sons; Anthony, Arthur, Derek, and Jonathan.

Eloise Everette caring, sweet spirt touched everyone she encountered. She spent most of her time with family and friends, often visiting her mother (who is 99 years old) every Thursday just to spend the day with her. She enjoyed gardening, often singing her favorite songs while tending to her plants. She also loved cooking for her family, in which she best known for pecan cookies, carrot cake, and cinnamon rolls. Most importantly she loved God, constantly reading her bible and praying.
